In Memory of Shirley Stockman

Shirley Stockman was the Village of Wardsville, she was part of the Village when it was incorporated. She knew everything there was to know, she knew everyone and everyone knew her. She helped the Village grow, unfortunly she never got to move into the new Village Hall. Please see the Memorial Page
