Gratz Auctioneering was founded in 1948 by Robert (Bob) Gratz.  In 1970, at the age of 21, Bill Gratz began his career as a real estate agent.  In 1978, Gratz Auctioneeering became Gratz Real Estate and Auctioneering.  The Gratz team has many years of experience in single family, multi-family, commerical, farm, and land sales in Jefferson City, Missouri and the surrounding area.  We have estatblished excellent working relationships with area brokers, attorneys, land surveyors, title companies and other professionals.
